Real Estate
The Real Estate Office coordinates all real estate transactions for 妻友社区, including acquisitions, disposals, easements, leases and licenses affecting the ownership and use of real property. The office provides advice on achieving desired real estate outcomes for university programs and generally handles transaction negotiation and compliance with institutional approval policies. Reporting to the Division Operations Officer, the office coordinates with all colleges and units within the university to ensure that both program and institutional objectives are met in the most effective manner. The real estate office does not manage university lands or facilities.
