Society of Physics Students
The Society of Physics Students encourages students that are interested in physics to develop knowledge, competence, enthusiasm and social responsibility.
Activities
- Monthly meetings where we discuss topics related to physics, this includes things like department research, homework help, scheduling classes, etc.
- Field Trips to local areas. (Past trips have included LIGO Hanford Observatory and the Clarkia Fossil Bowl)
- Talks and Tutorials relating to physics from Faculty and Staff
