Swenson Receives Grant to Grow K‑12 STEM Experience

Mechanical Engineering Assistant Professor Matthew Swenson was awarded a $27,000  to build a K-12 mentorship program into the ÆÞÓÑÉçÇø College of Engineering’s nationally recognized Interdisciplinary Capstone Design Program. VentureWell helps faculty and staff at institutions across the country develop or sustain courses and programs that encourage STEM innovation. The Interdisciplinary Capstone Design Program will utilize VentureWell funding to build a program that will pair undergraduate engineering students with K-12 inventors from the Ìý³¦´Ç³¾±è±ð³Ù¾±³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô.
