It includes the materials now excluded from first-year coverage, traditional strict liability, strict torts products liability, and defamation, along with some business torts like fraud, intentional interference with contract, and the like. I am continually working to develop the courses I teach, so that they reflect current changes and concerns in the law. I have worked extensively on developing the Workplace Law curriculum at the College. More recently, I have developed extensive study guides for first year Torts. I recently revised the first year of torts in accord with recent curricular changes passed by the College of Law faculty.
